CANCELLATION POLICY The management reserves the right to deduct from the credit card by way of security/confirmation a booking fee of Pounds Sterling 25 per room per night. This shall apply where less than 10 calendar days notice of cancellation is given. For cancellations or alterations received within forty-eight hours of the day of arrival the full cost of one night‘s accommodation will be payable and charged. These terms supersede the terms and conditions that are or may be applied by a credit card facility provider.
For stays booked under package arrangements different conditions apply.
